Krka

It is a centrally formed settlement consisiting of threee villages actually ( Gmajna, Videm, Mali Videm) named after the river which takes its source near the Krka cave in Gradiček. The central part of the village is called Videm, famous for its church of St. Kozma and Damijan mentioned for the first time in 1135 and visited by pilgrims since then. The present building is in baroque style, built up in 1757. From that time the high-altar dates, presenting both patrons. It was created by M. Langus.

Village Krka is a minor local centre with a plant for making dresses and suit as a branch of Kroj - Škofja Loka.
