Explicit form

Each record in a catalog file consists of a sequence of lines and is delimited from its succesor by an empty line.
A (key, value) pair is usually written in the form:

If the data value includes the new line characters, then the data should be written in the form:

For the delimiter delim we can use any string, which does not appear as a substring in string value.
