Vsaka mravlja sledi nizu enostavnih pravil, vendar pa kolonija kot celota deluje na prefinjen način. Ko mravlja najde košček hrane, ga nese nazaj v gnezdo, med gibanjem pa spušča kemikalijo. Ko ostale mravlje povohajo kemikalijo, sledijo kemikaliji proti hrani. Več mravelj nese hrano v gnezdo, bolj se okrepi kemična sled. KAKO GA UPORABLJAMO? ----------------- Pritisnite gumb NASTAVITVE, da pripravite mravljino gnezdo (v vijoličnem, na sredini) in 3 kupe hrane. Pritisnite gumb IZVAJAJ za začetek simulacije. Kemikalija je prikazana v gradientu od zelene do bele barve. OPOMBE ---------------- Kolonija mravelj na splošno izkorišča vir hrane po nekem redu. Začne s hrano, ki je najbližja gnezdu, konča pa s hrano, ki je od gnezda najdlje oddaljena. Mravlje težje oblikujejo trdno pot do bolj oddaljene hrane, ker ima kemična sled več časa, da izhlapi in se razprši, še preden se le-ta okrepi. Ko kolonija konča z zbiranjem najbližje hrane, kemična sled do te hrane seveda izgine, to pa osvobodi mravlje, da lahko zbirajo druge vire hrane. Bolj oddaljen vir hrane zahteva večjo "kritično številko" mravelj, ki morajo oblikovati trdno pot. Poraba vira hrane je prikazana na parceli. V CYAN vidite hrana1, ki je na desni strani. v BLUE vidite hrana2, ki je na spodnji levi strani zaslona. V MAGENTA vidite hrana3, ki je na zgornji levi strani zaslona. RAZŠIRJANJE MODELA ------------------- Poskusi različne postavitve za (iz)vire hrane. Kaj se zgodi, če sta dva vira hrane enako oddaljena od gnezda? Ko se to zgodi v resničnem življenju/svetu, kolonija mravelj ponavadi izrabi en vir, potem še drugega. (ne pa ob istem času) Pri tem projektu mravlje uporabijo "zvijačo", da najdejo spet pot nazaj proti gnezdu: sledijo "vonju gnezda". Prave mravlje uporabljajo različne vrste pristopov, da najdejo njihovo pot nazaj k gnezdu. Poskusi uvesti nekaj alternativnih strategij. NETLOGO ZNAČILNOSTI ------------------- V postopku UPHILL-CHEMICAL, mravlje "sledijo gradientu" kemikalije. To pomeni, da če mravlja "voha" v tri smeri, se bo obrnila v tisto smer, kjer je kemikalija najmočnejša.
