Description: The ReTIS conferences (Reengineering Technologies for Information Systems) are a biennal international manifestation devoted to reverse and reegineering issues in information systems. It is aimed at bringing together people coming from research, business and industry and interested in the field of the reverse engineering.
The 7th ReTIS conference will have a special focus on issues concerning data and document reengineering-for-the Web. The increased availability of the Internet infrastructure made an important shift in stimulating the information sharing and the e-business capabilities. Re-thinking the business process and re-engineering the existing systems is a broad issue when moving these systems to the Web. This process includes both structured and semi-structured information. Papers on theoretical approaches or experience reports on this topic are solicited. They can consider technological issues as well as organizational or human aspects
